        "rendered": "<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pol\u00edtica de Devolucions \u2013 VALLS CLIMENT S.L.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Data d\u2019entrada en vigor:<\/strong> 25 juny 2025<br><strong>\u00c0mbit d\u2019aplicaci\u00f3:<\/strong> Transaccions comercials B2B amb clients registrats<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. <strong>Condicions Generals<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A VALLS CLIMENT, treballem exclusivament amb clients professionals (empreses, aut\u00f2noms o administracions). Per aix\u00f2, totes les devolucions estan subjectes a les seg\u00fcents condicions espec\u00edfiques:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nom\u00e9s s\u2019acceptaran devolucions pr\u00e8viament autoritzades per escrit pel nostre equip.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qualsevol sol\u00b7licitud de devoluci\u00f3 ha de fer-se dins els <strong>[7-15] dies naturals<\/strong> posteriors a la recepci\u00f3 del producte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No s\u2019acceptaran devolucions de productes <strong>fabricats a mida<\/strong>, <strong>personalitzats<\/strong> o <strong>configurats espec\u00edficament<\/strong> per al client.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <strong>Requisits per a l\u2019Aprovaci\u00f3 de Devolucions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Perqu\u00e8 una devoluci\u00f3 sigui acceptada, cal que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El producte estigui <strong>en perfecte estat<\/strong>, sense \u00fas ni manipulaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es mantingui el <strong>packaging original<\/strong>, manuals, etiquetes i accessoris.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u2019adjunti la <strong>factura o albar\u00e0 corresponent<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. <strong>Productes defectuosos o errors d\u2019enviament<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En cas que el producte rebut presenti defectes d\u2019origen o no correspongui a la comanda:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El client haur\u00e0 de notificar-nos-ho en un m\u00e0xim de <strong>48 hores<\/strong> des de la recepci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop validada la incid\u00e8ncia, es procedir\u00e0 a:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Reposici\u00f3 sense cost<\/strong>, o b\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reemborsament parcial o total<\/strong>, segons acord previ.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>VALLS CLIMENT S.L. assumir\u00e0 els costos d\u2019enviament en aquests casos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. <strong>Devolucions volunt\u00e0ries o per exc\u00e9s de comanda<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En cas de devoluci\u00f3 no atribu\u00efble a un error o defecte (per exemple, exc\u00e9s de material o canvi de decisi\u00f3):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El client es far\u00e0 c\u00e0rrec dels <strong>costos de transport<\/strong> i una possible <strong>tarifa de gesti\u00f3\/restocatge<\/strong> de fins al <strong>15% del valor del producte<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No s\u2019admetran devolucions de materials fora de termini o oberts\/utilitzats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. <strong>Procediment per sol\u00b7licitar una devoluci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Per iniciar el proc\u00e9s, cal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enviar un correu a info<strong><a>@vallscliment.com <\/a><\/strong>amb:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dades de la comanda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motiu de devoluci\u00f3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fotografies (si escau)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop validat, rebr\u00e0s una autoritzaci\u00f3 de devoluci\u00f3 (RMA).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El material haur\u00e0 de ser enviat a l\u2019adre\u00e7a indicada amb la refer\u00e8ncia de devoluci\u00f3 visible.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. <strong>Reemborsaments<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Els reemborsaments es faran mitjan\u00e7ant <strong>transfer\u00e8ncia banc\u00e0ria o abonament a compte<\/strong> dins els <strong>15 dies naturals<\/strong> posteriors a la recepci\u00f3 i validaci\u00f3 del material.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No es faran reemborsaments en efectiu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. <strong>Exempcions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No s\u2019acceptaran devolucions de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Productes amb caducitat limitada o \u00fas \u00fanic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Programari, llic\u00e8ncies digitals o equips activats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Productes manipulats o instal\u00b7lats<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. <strong>Contacte<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a qualsevol consulta, contacteu amb el nostre equip:<br>\ud83d\udce7 info@vallscliment.com \u260e\ufe0f 977440885 | \ud83c\udf10 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vallscliment.com\/ca\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.vallscliment.com\">www.vallscliment.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>",
